Perform various USB power consumption tests using an external voltmeter and/or oscilloscope.

Measure VBUS voltage and VBUS bus voltage drop.

Provide external power to your device via VBUS for debugging purposes, and maintain firmware loading during USBCV execution (e.g., using Cypress FX2 or FX3).
